All product must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging for the return to be accepted at our facility. There is a 25% restocking fee and the customer must pay for the return shipping.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Returns can be shipped to:<\/strong><br>Omegasonics<br>330 E. Easy Street, Suite A<br>Simi Valley, CA 93065<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Refunds will be issued within five days of merchandise return and inspection to confirm no damage has occurred to the product(s) in question. Specific details related to a refund or a credit for your transaction can be obtained by calling (800) 669-5227.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Soap and accessories are shipped via UPS prepaid and invoiced to the client. Equipment is shipped by a carrier of our choice, prepaid and invoiced. The cost of shipping is based on weight, dimensional weight and final delivery destination as well as delivery time. Standard delivery is ground transportation but can be amended to a faster method by written confirmation from the client.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Omegasonics can ship using the client\u2019s preferred carrier and method as a third party collection if we receive these instructions in writing. UPS shipping is ground or faster if authorized within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require 2 Day Air or faster &#8211; there are no Ground options to these locations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and orders need to be cancelled or postponed.
